Getting Curried Away :)





Yummy!



Made this yummy chicken tonight :)



Easy to do!



Served with brown Jasmine rice.



Since I cook without measuring, here are the ingredients :)



2 boneless chicken breast-diced in bite size pieces

coriander powder



curry


cayenne


stewed tomatoes- 1 can


mushrooms


green pepper-1


onion-1


garlic-2 cloves


Vegetable oil







First stean rice.



I used a large cast iron skillet.



I cooked the onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic first, crunch level up to you...set aside.



Then, cook/brown the chicken in vegetable oil...set aside.



Cook stewed tomatoes in spices, coriander, curry, cayenne.



Add everybody and simmer together.



Smells yummy!
